Excellent central location with great amenities
I had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone’s throw from Times Square, and the hotel felt modern and chic despite its size. My room was clean and spacious, with a lovely city view that really made my trip special. The rooftop bar was a standout, offering beautiful views during the evenings. If anything could be improved, it would be the noise level from the street. sometimes, even on higher floors, the city buzz could be a bit loud.

The location worked for me. It was close to Times Square and made exploring easy. The rooftop bar offered skyline views that were nice to enjoy after a long day. The gym looked well-equipped, and I appreciated the access it provided.
I had issues with the view from my room. It was advertised as a Times Square view, but it felt misleading and was more of a sideways glance. The room service was slow, and some toiletries weren't refreshed during my stay.

The room was super spacious, and the shower was a refreshing experience after a long day out. Relaxing in the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind, even if the rooftop bar was closed for renovations. Just a heads up, we had a brief mix-up at check-in, but it didn’t take away from the overall vibe. 😊

Good vibes but needs improvement
Stayed for 3 nights in a cozy queen room. The staff was super friendly, which made the experience nice. The rooftop bar was a hit with its awesome bartender, but I was bummed they don't have basic toiletries readily available. The in-room breakfast option was clutch, though!
